All of Year 9 has just returned from their overnight trip to London. The whirlwind tour was punctuated with shiurim and group activities.

They began with a cable car ride over the River Thames after which the girls toured London's iconic sites.  They boarded the Thames Clipper and enjoyed a lovely cruise from Westminister to Tower bridge.

Mrs Babad's Year 10 Food Technology class initiated their Food Production unit with a special treat. They went on a field trip to the Coronation Rock Company in Blackpool.

Over 60,000 girls from 23 countries are taking part over the coming weeks, in the effort to better themselves and their world through mindfulness in speech.

The students have been revising for exams for weeks, and this week, all their hard work is paying off. Exams in all subjects across the Kodesh and Secular curricula are challenging the girls to push themselves. With four exams each day this week, our pupils have been truly applying themselves. We wish all of our pupils the best of luck in their exams.

Wednesday 14th December until Tuesday 20th December is Numeracy Week at Beis Yaakov Jewish High School.  Pupils are focusing on a variety of interesting  numeracy  activities. Every subject is exploring numbers and numeracy in creative ways during Numeracy Week. Just a few examples:
